He has led the Federal Government’s efforts to provide social supports to millions of Australians throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, which has offered unprecedented economic challenges to many Australians.
As Minister for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Stuart is delivering the most significant reforms to the NDIS since its inception to make sure it has strong foundations to be there for generations to come. The program of reforms follows his efforts to ensure significant growth of the scheme with over 400,000 Australians now supported across the country.
